Pure Joy at St. Michael's School

It was a day of Pure Joy, a fun-filled experience for seventy five kids from our focus communities on the 23rd December.

Despite the fog and cold, they were in high spirits as they travelled to St. Michael’s High School in the school bus generously provided by the Jesuit fathers.

Nirmal Anand, the annual pre-Christmas celebration mentored by Fr. Nobert Menezes SJ brought Aashray Abhiyan children and the staff and students of St. Michael’s School together, in a celebration that had over 500 children in need play games, sing and dance, share a meal, and go home with a bag filled with goodies: biscuits, soap, a warm cap or muffler, tooters and all!
