Strategic Training of Unorganized Workers

Under the auspices of Aashray Abhiyan Patna, a two-day program focusing on the strategy and training of unorganized workers regarding their plight was organized at Nav Jyoti Niketan, Kurji, Patna.

The event was presided over by senior team leader Dilip Patel and conducted by Dharmendra Rangkarmi.

The formal inauguration was performed through a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony by the Director of Nav Jyoti Niketan, Sister Dorothy Fernandes (Director and Secretary of Ashray Abhiyan), Babulal Ji (Buxar), and others jointly.

Key Highlights of the Program:

Welcome & Introduction: Dharmendra Rangkarmi performed an inspirational song for the workers to welcome the guests.

Keynote Address: Sister Dorothy Fernandes introduced the subject, highlighting the deteriorating conditions of workers across the country. She spoke out against the implementation of the four new labor codes.

Core Issues: She spoke seriously about the miserable conditions of displaced and migrant laborers, emphasizing that workers must find their own solutions to the problems they face.

Coordination: Team members Rajesh Kumar, Ranjeet Kumar, Sudarshan Kumar, and Bittu Ji remained active in ensuring the smooth functioning of the event's arrangements.
